Information stored on your device
Ripot does not upload or store completed patient reports, patient identifiers, report images, signatures, generated PDFs, or populated clinical report data on Ripot servers. This information remains on the clinician’s device or, when using Ripot Web, in the user’s browser storage.
Users remain responsible for protecting their devices, exported files, and any reports they choose to print or share.
Account, subscription, and template information
Ripot may securely process or synchronize:
- Account identifiers such as your name, email address, and authentication identifier
- Trial, subscription, entitlement, and purchase-verification information
- Reusable template definitions and metadata, such as field labels, field types, units, section titles, and layout settings
- Information you provide when requesting support or account deletion
Synced templates are intended to contain reusable structure, not populated patient values. Do not place patient-identifying information in template names, field labels, or section titles.
Google Play purchases
Payments are processed by Google Play. Ripot may receive and validate purchase identifiers and subscription status so that Premium access can be provided. Ripot does not receive or store your full payment-card details.
Service providers
Ripot uses trusted services, including Google Firebase and Google Play, for account authentication, secure synchronization, application hosting, subscription processing, and entitlement verification. These providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and secure Ripot accounts, synchronize eligible template structures, verify Premium access, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. Ripot does not sell personal information.
Account deletion
You may request deletion of your Ripot account and associated server-held data by following the instructions on the Delete Account and Data page. Locally stored reports and files must be removed from your own device or browser.
