Delete Ripot Account and Data

You may request deletion of your Ripot account and the information associated with it on Ripot servers.

How to request deletion

Email ripottechnologies@gmail.com from the email address connected to your Ripot account.

Use the subject line: Delete my Ripot account

Please include:

• Your registered email address
• Your name, if applicable
• A clear request to delete your Ripot account and associated server-held data

Data covered by the request

• Ripot account and authentication information
• Trial, entitlement, and subscription-verification information associated with the account
• Reusable template structures and metadata synchronized to the account
• Support information where deletion is applicable

Information stored locally

Completed reports, patient identifiers, clinical findings, report images, signatures, generated PDFs, and patient records are stored locally. Ripot cannot remotely delete these items because they are not stored on Ripot servers. Remove them through the app, clear Ripot Web browser data, or remove the app and its local data from your device.

Google Play subscription

Deleting your Ripot account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel the subscription separately through Google Play.

Limited retention

Information may be retained where reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, transaction verification, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. We will review valid deletion requests and respond within a reasonable period.
