Delete Ripot Account and Data

Use this page to request deletion of your Ripot account and associated data, where account features or cloud storage are enabled.

How to request deletion

Use the subject line: Delete my Ripot account

Please include:

• Your registered email address
• Your name, if applicable
• A short statement requesting deletion of your Ripot account and associated data

Data that may be deleted

• Account information linked to your Ripot account
• Cloud-synced records or backups linked to your account
• Support or access-request details where deletion is applicable

Data that may be retained

• Data required for legal, security, audit, or regulatory reasons
• Data stored locally on your own device
• Data already exported, downloaded, or shared by you outside Ripot

Deleting the app from your device does not automatically delete cloud data. We will review valid deletion requests and respond within a reasonable period.
