By using Ripot, you agree to use the application responsibly and only for lawful purposes.

Clinical responsibility

Ripot is a documentation and productivity tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Users remain responsible for reviewing the accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, and confidentiality of every report they create, export, print, or share.

Accounts and subscriptions

Some features require a Ripot account or paid subscription. Google Play processes Android purchases and manages billing, renewals, and cancellations under its applicable terms. Deleting a Ripot account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.

Local data and backups

Completed clinical reports and related files are stored locally under the current Ripot architecture. Users are responsible for device security, appropriate backups, and compliance with applicable confidentiality, documentation, and data-protection requirements.

Service availability

Ripot Technologies Ltd may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain reliability, uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
